[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Finance System Support Objectives: Our digital transformation projects in various Finance & Controlling departments are in a fast-track to overhaul system landscape of China FC, as a global benchmark, to aim for being a holistic strategic and steering partner to our business stakeholders. Main Tasks: 1) Handle daily operation issues and small enhancements of Finance & Controlling systems, including AEMS, AOL etc. 2) First contact person with relative colleagues for these systems for any questions. 3) Issue tracking & fixing and priority management. 4) Manage supplier when needed to solve issues timely. 5) Support building the knowledgebase of existing digital systems. 6) Support Change Requests for these system.
