主要岗位职责:-呼叫现有客户，以产生售后业务来确保部门销售业绩的达成-接听来电并转接给到负责的销售工程师/专员-呼叫被动账户，重新激活他们成为购买客户-与区域销售密切合作，协助跟进特殊活动(展会，网络研讨会)-用CRM作为所有与客户相关活动的基础平台和主要工具主要资质要求:教育资格:-大专及以上学历，机械工程专业(或同等学历)技术能力与技能:-良好的客户关系管理能力，将客户关系管理作为管理客户的主要工具-良好的电话销售技巧-敏锐的商业头脑(对机会敏感)和以客户为导向领导能力:-良好的沟通和协调能力-良好的团队合作精神-思维积极主动，积极进取，自我驱动-学习能力强，抗压能力强-善于激励内部/外部合作伙伴相关工作经验:-有工业企业电话销售经验(初级)-有售后服务销售经验者优先其他(旅行、语言等%%):-有在售后服务行业发展个人事业的强烈愿望。-愿意偶尔出差，并为重点客户做专业的报告-良好的英语读写能力优先Key Accountabilities:-Securing the AFTM annuity-stream by proactively ensuring that customer buy the required replacementsOutbound calling of existing customers in order to generate aftermarket element business-Receiving inbound calls from customer and directing them to the responsible BUs and sales engineers/specialists-Calling on passive accounts to re-activate them into buying customersAssisting in follow up on special events (trade shows, webinars) in close cooperation with ASM-E-commerce: Convert existing (and re-activated) customers to utilization of our shop / 1688 platformsUtilize CRM as base platform and main tool of all customer related activitiesKey Qualifications & Requirements :Education Qualification:-Bachelors degree or higher, degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)Technical Competence & Skills:-Good capability of CRM, leverage CRM as a main tool to manage customers-Good tele-sales skills-Strong business acumen (sensitive to opportunity) and customer orientedLeadership Competence:-Good communication and coordination-Good Team Player-Proactive thinking, aggressive and self-driven-Quick learning and high resistance to pressure-Good at motivating internal/external partnersRelevant Experience:-At least 2 years experience in tele-sales experience in industrial business (junior level)-Aftermarket sales experience is a plusOthers (%% of travel, language, etc.):-Strong intention to develop personal career in aftermarket business.-Willingness for occasional travel and make professional presentation to key customers-Good English reading and writing skills are a plus
