岗位职责:
▪ Assist with day to day innovative social media strategies and operations following Mckinsey’s strategy. Manage communities across social media channels, including Wechat groups, public account, official account and video account.
▪ Work with team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media to create media and consumer buzz and awareness.
▪ Research and target the right demographic / consumer / bloggers to increase brand awareness.
▪ 根据麦肯锡的战略,协助微信社群/公众号/个人号和小程序店铺的日常运营和战略定制。
▪ 与团队合作,集体讨论和执行社交媒体的创意,以创造消费者的关注和意识。
▪ 研究并瞄准合适的消费者群体定制活动,以提高品牌知名度。
任职要求:
▪ In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, particularly Wechat.
▪ Must have excellent written and communication skills, and ability to generate original and interesting ideas, writing marketing message for social community.
▪ Must be responsible, eager to learn, tech-savvy, team oriented and have a love for and strong knowledge in social media & E-commerce.
▪ Be able to work at least 3 days per week for 6 months minimum.

▪ 必须有责任心,渴望学习,精通技术,以团队为导向,对社交媒体和电子商务有强烈的热爱和了解。
