Key Responsibilities

 

Daily work about supplier and parts information maintain, update, checking in Oracle to figure out how to make the data accurately

Oracle系统数据维护工作

Daily tracking for key issues, sometimes will communicate with oversea suppliers by email or phone, and attend global tele-conference.

与海外供应商沟通并参加电话会议

Support sourcing for some project tracking and implementation.

采购项目的追踪和执行

Basic management and implementation for purchasing function excellence job.

采购流程优化工作的支持

Contract management.

供应商合同管理

 

Requirements

 

Fluent English reading and writing

英文理解和书写能力

Good MS-office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Good at data analysis and consolidation, careful and responsible

数据分析和整合能力、认真负责

Can stable in this position 6 months (attendance: 3 days per weeks at least)
