功率半导体测试           人数：1~2

工作职责：1. 根据项目需求进行实验搭建和测试

          2．数据整理、分析。

要求：

-能够在ABB实习协议中盖学院或学校公章

-电气工程或者功率半导体相关专业

-在读硕士或博士研究生，比较的本科生也可；

-有功率器件测试、LabView、热分析、变流器设计分析经验者优先；

-具有较高英语阅读和撰写能力；

-具备良好的沟通、总结能力和讲解技能。

-时长： ≥6月, 更长时间者优先

Power semiconductor devices test                 Position: 1~2

Responsibilities:    

-        Setup and test operation according to project demand,

-        Data management and data analysis.

Requirements:     

- Get the chop of school or university on ABB internship agreement

- PhD or master candidate, major in Electrical Engineering or Power Semiconductor related

- Experience on test of power semiconductor devices, thermal/converter analysis or LabView is preferred

- Good capability of reading and writing English

- Good communication, summary and presentation skills

Duration:        ≥6 months, longer time is even better.
