Market Intelligence:
• Conduct primary/secondary research on global F&N trends, including flavor innovation drivers and nutritional science advancements (e.g., gut health, personalized nutrition).
• Search on internet and collect information for further use; Map competitive product landscapes and patent activities to identify white-space opportunities.
Product Commercialization Support
• Collaborate with R&D to translate nutrition science into consumer-centric product claims .
• Assist in developing go-to-market toolkits
Must:
• Current Master’s candidate in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Chemistry, or related field (mandatory).
• Good English writing and speaking
• PPT and excel skills
• Team work skills
• independent, high efficiency, self-motivated
Preferable:
• Passion for functional food/beverage trends (e.g., adaptogens, plant-based proteins, sugar reduction technologies).
• Understanding of nutrition claim regulations in China/APAC markets.
