Job Summary
This intern position is mainly responsible for providing immediate support to HR function and center wide operations to handle some routine HR and operations work.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR routine operations documents;
Job posting, refreshing and CV tracking;
Interview arrangement upon request;
Support employer branding, such as company website maintenance, WeChat content development and revision, internal communication and team building activities;
Meeting room reservation and meeting set up;
Expense report scan and tracking;
Letter distribution for the department personnel;
Domestic/international courier of departmental file;
Support on in-house departmental/center events scheduling, logistics preparation and event facilitation upon request
Requirements
Junior university student, better majored in English, HR, Business Administration or related;
With relevant HR or admin intern experiences is preferred;
Being patient and careful, paying attention to details;
Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks;
Good work attitude and team work spirit;
Good communication skills & English ability, CET-6 or above;
Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
Can work at least 3 full days a week;
