Job Responsibility
Reporting
•Collect data from different franchisees and stores regularly.
•Monitor weekly report for both sales and product.
•Monthly sales review with reporting and presentations for both sales/KPIs/Inventory/CRM and products to support action plan taking.
•Analysis base on the report to highlight the potential opportunities and risk.
•Work with merchandising team to provide qualified product feedback regularly and seasonal Product Committee report support.
•Other reports needed for business requirement.
•Review and improve the templet timely to make the reporting more efficient.
•Market trend and competition research.
Wholesale Excellence
•Follow up closely with Finance/Logistics/Merchandising/PD to make all commercial operation and wholesale management and execution smoothly.
•Daily communication with franchisee partners to get qualitative feedback regarding daily cooperation and business analysis.
•Cross function coordinate for wholesale excellence with VM and Marketing.
•Selling campaign management and responsible for ordering system set up/ maintenance and coordination.
•Involve in seasonal training from proposal to execution and being our internal trainer.
•Incentive proposal/tracking/follow up and feedback. Manage the budget of incentive.
•Involve in all commercial perspective with the team.
Wholesale network management and Legal support
•Regular update and track store evolution to related functions.
•Manage all distribution agreements monthly by issue new/renew contracts and authorization letters.
•As the key contact for commercial team with legal team from the group and Givenchy HQ.
•Handle all process legal related from local process to group level and HQ eventually.
•Support franchisee’s legal requirement.
