1 协助部门主管进行合同的管理和签订,与采购等部门沟通,利用SAP系统完成付款流程
Assist department manager with the management of contracts. Coordinate with SOP and other related departments to complete payment process with SAP system.
2 与部门的相关供应商进行沟通与协调
Coordinate with agencies of the department with regard to specific tasks.
3 完成博世展厅与零售点的相关审核与更新工作
Evaluate and update the status of new Bosch Showrooms and POS
4 部门日常文件的中英文翻译
Translate essential documents of the department into English
5 部门日常行政工作的支持(如仓库礼品的管理等)
Support necessary clerical work of the marketing department (For instance, the management of the gift storage in the warehouse)
岗位要求:
Requirements of the position:
1 有较好的文字功底和学术素养,能够完成上级主管布置的各项工作
Have the necessary academic abilities to complete the tasks required by the department manager successfully.
2 熟练使用Microsoft Office Suite,特别是熟练掌握Excel制表相关功能
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially have a good understanding of the major functions of Excel
3 有良好的英语读写能力,六级通过
Good command of English in terms of writing and reading, have passed the CET-6
4 每周至少到岗3天,少实习3个月,能够长期实习者优先
Available to work at least 3 days a week for 3 months, prefer those who are available to work for longer terms.
