RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cross-Department Communication:
• Assist PCD/PCMs by all regions in communicating with the Legal and Finance departments, including related contracts and invoices
• Communicate with the Logistics department to meet customers' various delivery requirements. And place order of POSM/FOC in the system
• Coordinate with the Finance department to address customers' invoice issues documents
• Product Information Update and Maintenance:
• Assist in translating introductions for novelty and completing proposals
• Update new product information and product catalogs
• Dinner & Event Support:
• Provide on-site support during dinner events, assisting PCD/PCMs in introducing product information
• Other Daily Support to the Whole Team:
• Office stationery stock check and ordering when necessary
• Other tasks assigned by Client Experience Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken)
• Pleasant personality
• Strong excel and Power Point proficiency
• Well organized and discipline
• Self-motivated
