Key responsibilities
• Assist in operation of official social media platforms: WeChat/Weibo/Dianping/Xiaoyuzhou, including material collection, content review, data organization, and public opinion monitoring.
• Assist in collecting content trends and popular social activation mode, offering content and operational suggestions.
• Assist in Campaign project execution: Selecting social influencers, content review, publishing, and data management.
• Collaborate on daily operational tasks (new vendor registration, community product buy, PT Gifting, tracking administration and financing/purchasing progress).
A Day in the life
• Execute social activations that are consumer-driven and socially led on relevant social platforms to support campaign moments and business goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers to execute daily operations of official social media platforms, data collection, consumer sentiment monitoring, and providing recommendations for content optimization.
• Collaborate and track community influencers of the brand and how to work with them on an ongoing basis to improve our brands’ social presence.
• Track, analyze, report and coordinate social efforts.
• Deal with corresponding administration and financing/purchasing process internally.
Qualifications
• Stable internship commitment of at least 3 months, available 4-5 days per week.
• Internet-savvy, passionate about digital/social/editorial content, sensitive to digital marketing and social trends, curious and always exploring freshness and novelty. With background as social influencers is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Any skills on copywriting, picture processing, video editing, fashion related is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree or above, recent graduates preferred.
