The WeCom Group Management Intern will assist in managing and optimizing WeCom groups for supplier communication. This role involves supporting the process of inviting and adding suppliers to the groups, ensuring users are in the correct groups, assisting with content creation and chatbot content maintenance and help preparing and analysing the topics discussed in the groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Invite and Add Suppliers: Assist in the process of inviting and adding suppliers to the appropriate WeCom groups.
* Group Management: Help ensure that users are correctly categorized and placed in the right groups based on their tenure and needs.
* Content Support: Assist in creating and updating content for the WeCom groups, including FAQs and announcements.
* Chatbot Management: Support the oversight of the chatbot's performance, ensuring it provides accurate and helpful responses.
* Data Analysis: Help analyze data from group interactions and chatbot usage to identify trends, improve processes, and report on key metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese. English (read and write)
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and groups simultaneously.
* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using WeChat and WeCom platforms.
* Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
* Customer Service: Experience in customer or supplier support roles is a plus.
Performance Metrics
* Supplier Coverage: Assist in increasing the percentage of suppliers covered by WeCom groups.
* Content Updates: Support the frequency and quality of content updates in the groups.
* Chatbot Accuracy: Help ensure the accuracy and helpfulness of chatbot responses.
* User Engagement: Assist in monitoring levels of engagement and interaction within the groups.
