Your Responsibilities:

- First contact within Logistics for all production effecting issues.

- The position serves to ensure the supply of production with purchasing parts from a defined base of local/ SKD/CKD suppliers in a cost-optimal manner for VW project.

- Taking into account the targets for the range of storage sources of the LC/SKD/CKD parts for VW project.

- Order LC/SKD/CKD material from supplier according to production program and control production material in a reasonable stock level with cost-saving thinking

- Prepare pipelines for long term shortage risk suppliers, keep close tracking for each delivery and monitor the long term capacity development by making risk mitigation measures

- Cooperation in the startup and shutdown control due to technical changes and localization (e.g. SOP/EOP/Material switching control)

- Preparing BKAs for risk suppliers to identify exact moment of shortages and production risk. Ensure supply security by making risk mitigation measures

- You have supplier management experience

- You have very good communication skills, conflict and problem solving skills

- Data analyze skills is preferable

- Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

- Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
