. People assistance: provide assistance to OCP Project Purchasing Leaders for routine job such release PO in the system, POfollow up, contact with suppliers etc.
. Meetings/Events organization: maintain high quality organization for team meetings/ events.
Internal communication: dispatch general information within the team, create and maintain information board.
Project data management: create and maintain OCP supplier mapping at team level.
Reporting: take a leading role to implement OCP purchasing reporting (data collection, time schedule, consolidation, communication), hours tracking follow-up.
Procurement: Support Project Purchasing Leaders to procure prototypes & components for project requirements.
Tools & Methods: support Purchasing tools & methods deployment within the team such as Venus, OTTO, Ariba etc.
- Computer skills: proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, …)
- Strong communication skills, autonomous and self-motivated. High degree of initiative.
