Description of Project:

To support the HR learning data base setting, and autonomous dashboard generating. Help to increase the daily data handling efficiencies and boost trust of data.

Supportive working in HR Resource Review Campaign in China.

Tasks:

Data Flow clarification & definition

Database Architecture maintain and build up auto functions through coding & programming

RR campaign event organization and coordination support

Key objectives of the project:

1. To support building up the single HR employee database that covers all Learning activities,

2.  Contribute back to the working process flow optimization of HR Learning key elements (Operations, Competence, Development, Knowledge Management)

3. To integrate AI technology into the technical solutions

4. To support the coordination of the first Resource  Review campaign and data inputs during the event

Requirements:

Education: Major in Computer Science, with Database knowledge and background

Advanced Analytic Artificial Intelligence & Big Data, Agile methodology framework

Language: fluent English in spoken & written, French is a plus

Other skills: Good communication skill, team working, Time management
