Customer Insights Analyst
The Customer Insights Analyst role is responsible for improving the support and products offered to Tesla’s existing owners and future consumers. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Service and Quality Leadership along with Executive Staff. The ideal candidate will contribute to new ideas and improve existing process based on survey feedback to enhance Tesla’s Purchase Process, Installation, Delivery and Total Ownership Experience. The overall responsibility of this role is to analyze survey responses to report on Customer Satisfaction, NPS, and Product Quality. Moreover, by uncovering reasons why prospects do not move forward with their orders, you will provide insights into how we can improve gross margins and reach Tesla’s sales quarterly goals.
