Your Responsibility

· Support the coordination of special projects and preparation of overall project plan

· Support the preparation and organization of project discussions in alignment with relevant internal interfaces

· Support the preparation and follow-up of committee documentation

· Support the receiving of machines and the delivery of spare parts

· Collecting different data (production pre-samples, machine data)

· Support the investigation of machine capability (MFU)

· Create Documents and agreements

· Communication with different departments

· Preparation for supplier visits

Our Requirements

· Students majored in Automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors

· Knowledge and strong interest in planning activities

· Fluent in English and/or German

· Ability to work under pressure, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

· Above-average reliability and discretion

· Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

· Skillfully applying office and management software such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
