【岗位描述】 ※ Portfolio Management: Assist CFO, BAI deal team and finance team to manage BAI’s portfolios, including collecting operational/financial data from portfolio companies, conducting relevant analysis,and preparing presentations and required materials for monthly meetings with global CEO and Investment Committee. ※ Database Maintenance: Assist CFO and finance team to properly update key investment information in the database and conduct relevant analysis for internal reporting. ※ Internal Collaboration: Assist CFO and finance team to collaborate with finance/accounting colleagues at Germany headquarter on BAI investment related topics, and assist BAI and Bertelsmann China Corporate Center colleagues on group activities, e.g. organizing important meetings, or facilitating visits of group guests. ※ Skills and Knowledge: -Strong financial analytics skills and solid knowledge on Finance / Accounting -Strong PPT and EXCEL skills -Strong communication skills in English and Chinese 【任职要求】： 1.日常实习，非暑期实习，最晚五一放假后5月6日能到岗【每周至少4天线下到岗】持续至少4-5个月实习，至少要实习到今年9月中旬（不能满足此项条件者无法通过简历初筛，港新留学生开学时间不太合适，望理解。） 2.名校背景 prefer清北两财一贸 海外院校QS前50 US News前50 如果本科在国内就读 本科第一学历务必是双一流一本 2.金融/会计优先，其次是经济相关专业。商科专业背景出身（辅修不算），一定要有金融知识基础 3.【至少有一段投前/投后/投行/审计实习经历】 4. 英语读写水平良好 ※本岗位筛选有一轮线上笔试，一轮线下面试，面试只能北京线下进行，目前不在北京的同学不建议投递 ※日常实习，无转正
