Shanghai Research Intern (Office)

Shanghai Research team at Jones Lang LaSalle is proudly offering internship opportunities to individuals who are interested in the office sector of the real estate industry. It will be an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with real estate research methods, and to receive professional training in one of the top players in the industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Collect, consolidate, and check information regarding tenants, office buildings, industry knowledge, and general economics. • Support consulting projects regarding office market analysis • Run quality check and make corrections of the historical data • Any ad-hoc requests by other members from the Research team
QUALIFICATIONS • Seniors in 4-year undergraduate institutions, or graduate students in their last year towards master degrees • Time commitment: working at least 3 days per week for 3 months, preferably from May 2017 to September 2017 • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin • Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to apply logic • Superb attention to detail and abilities to learn quickly • Self-motivated, able to work independently and also effective in a team environment
