Job description (routine tasks):
1.Coordinate global, China regional team meetings (invitation, hotel booking, meeting room & catering, etc.);
2.Manage department files, share folders. Maintain Portal etc.;
3.Support RN/SOE-CN team on the English monthly/weekly reports and customer profile update;
4.Collect market information (OEM, competitors,etc.);
5.Office stuff administration;
6.Sales Assistant (Hotel booking, Restaurant booking, Expense Report & Schedule Arrangement);
7.Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1.Fluent English (oral and written), Japanese and French is a plus.
2.Computer skills (familiar with MS excel, powerpoint, word, access)
3.Team spirit

6.Initiative and willingness to learn
7.Self-discipline & Self-motivation
8.Internship in other multinational corporation or working experiences in automobile and parts industry is additional advantage
9.Be able to work at least 3 days per week for more than 6 months 10.Working experince in Renault and Nissan is a plus
