Influence and drive spare supply chain lifecycle strategies to meet regional level of availability (LOA) performance targets, regional customer, and business service level expectations while reducing financial exposure.Provide regional strategic leadership and innovation on lifecycle management activities that improve operations, achieve cost efficiency, assure regulatory compliance, drive transformation, and introduce new business models.Single regional supply chain focal for global teams and all regional service and support functions including outsourced partners on lifecycle events; strategies, issues, operational execution plans, status, performance metric reporting, and escalations.CS regional supply chain lifecycle focal for strategic and operational process governance, tool efficiency, optimization, and transformationAccountable for regional supply chain operational execution of regulatory and compliance (RoHS, Reach, etc.).Accountable for regional support supply chain and operational service support partner’s new product introduction readinessAssure service spares bill of materials are regionalized and that they support regional supply chain, engineering, business, and customer expectations.Define, manage, and monitor regional spares supply chain strategy and execution plans for quality part rolls assuring continuity of supply while minimizing inventory excess.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQURIED
Must have strong people skills and excellent written and verbal English language communication skillsProven ability to lead teams in a high-paced, complex virtual environmentComfortable working in virtual teams and using virtual toolsProject management training and proven skillsPresent in front of a large group and ability to create professional slide presentations
