Responsibilities 1. Daily vehicle transportation arrangement supporting including international and domestic. 2. Daily vehicle status controls and follows up. 3. Fleet system E-flow daily monitoring and vehicle information updating in it. 4. Business PR setting up, payment and invoice supporting. 5. Contracts follow up from signing till chopping, then save with soft and hard copy. 6. Communication with external departments and venders for business. Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Internship in Automotive industry and Sales Operations field is a plus 3. Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn 4. Fluent with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) 5. Committed and available to work 3-5 days a week for 6 months
