职位描述：

工作内容

Provide IT technical support service at Shanghai Office.

conduct daily IT operation, answer phone call to ITS hotline, identify problem / service request, write down call log in system, solve problem remotely,

assign to relevant system engineer to follow up.

handle daily ITS helpdesk tasks, like arrange meeting support, walk-in cases / requests, trouble-shooting on various IT related issue, write down detail symptom, trace out root cause, cooperate with other ITS team members and so on.

要求：

Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

Be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

Be skilful and careful in typing

Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
