关于 合柴1972文创园
合柴1972文创园，位于“一带一路”和“长江经济带战略”双节点城市——安徽合肥，是国内首座从监狱旧址涅槃蜕变而生的城市文化空间。在近70年的时光岁月中，它依托监狱基地，先后经历了合肥砖瓦厂、合肥柴油机厂、合肥轻工业制造厂的身份。这三次截然不同但又相互依存的生命轨迹，让世人见证了上世纪五十年代以来合肥工业历史的耀眼荣光。作为物理空间，合柴1972也成为了合肥城市记忆活化的载体。
而现在，在合肥滨投文化创意发展有限公司的改造及运营下，合柴1972被注入了独特的创意产业和现代设计，正在盛放属于它的第四次崭新生命周期。这片曾经的囹圄之地，位于合肥市包河区、政务区、蜀山区三区交界处，隐匿于现代化城区的高层建筑群和车水马龙的高架桥丛中，是目前合肥体量最大的艺术文创园。
在合柴1972，自由的气息和厚重的历史感是可以并存的，工业建筑文化和为之震撼的时光感是相互融合的。其首期改造重建区域包括：合肥家电故事馆、合柴时光展厅、合肥当代艺术馆、安徽名家艺术馆、平民剧场以及星空草坪。它昭示着合肥文创地标的成立，安徽文化艺术爱好者“理想国”的缔造。
合肥当代美术馆（大穹顶，原合肥柴油机厂缸体铸造车间）为一层砌体双曲拱结构，其穹顶屋面由拱形榫卯（两头凹凸槽的空心砖）相间排列连接而成，没有使用一根钢筋，完全以砖砌筑而成。同样建成于1960年代的合肥当代美术馆（小穹顶，原合肥柴油机厂模具车间）也独具建筑风格特色，为中国建筑文化史增添了一篇华美乐章。
同时，为在安徽、全国乃至全世界推广书画艺术与创意，将高品质的艺术与创意引进安徽，并促进文化交流，合柴1972会成为具有国际视野的先锋艺术“梦工场”，为文化艺术产业不断注入了新鲜血液，成为安徽最重要的艺术展示交流平台。

上海灏象文化传播有限公司 2014年创立于上海，旗下杜若云章艺术空间坐落于“穿行老洋房，睡闻梧桐香”的历史建筑区。通过与纽约老牌画廊沃尔特·维克瑟 (Walter Wickiser Gallery, since 1992) 的联袂合作，秉承着艺术就是生活的理念，我们致力于打造一个国际交流平台，提供专业的艺术合作咨询与策划。自2014年成立以来一直致力于推崇融合艺术、生活、设计和建筑的美学概念。根植于此概念，杜若云章重新定义了现当代艺术的展览空间在艺术与观者之间的功能和意义。全球跨界合作项目则实验性地将艺术拓展至当代都市生活中，践行着艺术即生活、生活即艺术的远景。
ABOUT HECHAI 1972
Hechai 1972 cultural and creative park, located in Hefei, Anhui, a double-node city of "The Belt and Road" and "Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy", is the first urban cultural space in China which is transformed from the former prison site. In nearly 70 years, relying on the prison base, it has turned into Hefei brick factory, Hefei diesel engine factory, andHefei Light Industry Factory. These three distinct but interdependent life paths have made the world witness to the dazzling glory of Hefeis industrial history since the 1950s. As a physical space, Hechai 1972 has also become the carrier of urban memory activation in Hefei.
Now, under the transformation and operation of Hefei Bintou Cultural and Creative Development Co., LTD, Hechai 1972 has been injected with unique creativity and modern design, and is now in full bloom for its fourth new life cycle.Located at the junction of Baohe District, Shushan District and Baohe District, this former prison is hidden among the high-rise buildings and busy viaducts in modern urban areas. It is the largest art and cultural innovation park in Hefei.
In 1972, the atmosphere of freedom and the historical richness could coexist, and the industrial architecture culture and the shocking sense of time were integrated. The first phase of reconstruction includes Hefei Home Appliance Story Hall, Hopai Time Exhibition Hall, Hefei Museum of Contemporary Art, Anhui Famous Art Museum, Civilian Theater and Starry Sky Lawn. It signifies the establishment of Hefei as a cultural and creative landmark and the creation of the "Utopia" of Anhui culture and art lovers.
Hefei Contemporary Art Museum (Big dome, Former cylinder casting workshop of Hefei diesel engine factory) is a masonry double curved arch structure. The dome roof is composed of mortise and tenon joint arch (hollow bricks with concave and convex grooves at both ends) arranged and connected alternately. Instead of using steel bar, the building is entirely made of bricks. Built in the 1960s, Hefei Contemporary Art Museum (small dome, the former mold workshop of Hefei diesel engine factory) also has its own architectural style and features, adding a magnificent note to the history of Chinese architecture.
In order to promote calligraphy, arts, artistic creativity and cultural exchanges in Anhui province, the national and the world, Hechai 1972 will become a pioneer art "dream workshop" with international perspective. It will become the most important art communication platform in Anhui and continuously injected fresh blood for culture and art industry.
In 2020 Autumn, Hechai 1972 will bring together the works of five modern and contemporary world-class masters.We welcome anyone who loves art to join us!

“Strolling among the old villas and resting in the scent of plane trees”. Je Fine Art Spaceis located in the French Concession right in the heart of Shanghai. Belonging to Shanghai Haoxiang Culture Communication Co. Ltd. Je Fine Art Space opened in 2014 in cooperation with the Walter Wickiser Gallery (NY, since 1992). Embracing the belief that “life is art”, we devote ourselves to establishing a platform for cross-cultural discourse and providing professional art advice and plans.
Je Fine Art Space has been a pioneer in China for incorporating art, lifestyle, and design into an integral aesthetic space. Our art exhibitions present modern and contemporary art from both the West and East. Actively collaborating with successful partners from other industries all around the world, Je has launched crossover projects to reach and engage wider audiences. The concept behind our space manifests our vision to broaden the horizon of art and redefine the public’s relation to art in this financially thriving and culturally emerging city.

1、日常观众接待，优化观众体验，及时反馈观众信息及客诉处理；
2、协助上级进行日常美术馆运营管理，建立有效的观展数据库，维护场馆艺术作品；
3、负责展览的中英文导览工作及相关活动协调，你将参与专业艺术家知识科普系列培训指导，学习与收获系统化的艺术知识；
4、你将相遇志同道合的艺术爱好者，交流与分享艺术心得，激发想象力；
5、探索与感受合肥当代艺术的发展变化和无限可能性的力量。
我们希望你：
1、条理清晰、逻辑性强、认真细致、责任心强，具有优秀的沟通能力与团队合作精神；
2、本科在读及以上学历，艺术设计专业背景和有志愿者经历者优先考虑；
3、热爱当代艺术，热心公益，形象气质佳，有亲和力，具有基本英语口语交流能力；
4、对知识、新事物充满好奇和热情，有创意，有想法。
5、完成指定任务和工作后，有主动学习，主动找事做的精神。
6、工作3个月，每周至少3天；5月-7月展览期间需要占用周末时间。
Your daily tasks:
1. Audience reception,optimize audience experience, timely feedback and handling of customer complaints;
2. Assist yoursupervisorin daily operation and management of the museum, establish an effective exhibition database, and maintain the works atthe venue;
3. Responsible for exhibition tours in both Mandarin and English. You will receive a series of training and guidance related to artists and artisticknowledge;
4. You will meet like-minded art lovers, exchange and share artistic experience, and stimulate imagination;
5. Explore and feel the development and change of contemporary art in Hefei and the power of unlimited possibilities.
We hope youare:
1.Highly organized,logical, meticulous,and have strong sense of responsibilitywith excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit;
2. Bachelor degree or above, art-related background and volunteer experience are preferred;
3. Love contemporary art, enthusiastic about public welfare, and basic English oral communication skills;
4. Full of curiosity and enthusiasm for knowledge and new things, creative and thoughtful.
5. After completing the assigned tasks,you shouldhave the spirit of active learning and finding yourself new things to do.
6. Work for 3 months and at least 3 days a week; weekends are required during the exhibition period from May to July.
