Responsibilities: Support recruitment team in contacting candidates Review position requirements, understand hiring needs and position specifications Conduct research to identify suitable candidates. With support of recruitment leader, establish first communication with potential candidates Partner with recruiters and staffing leadership to create innovative sourcing strategies. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management Conducts in depth interviews of potential candidates Requirements: Post graduate Bachelor degree Experience in recruitment is a plus Technical experience knowledge is a plus (Electronic, mechanical, etc.) Good interpersonal skills Good English communication skills would be a plus
