Name of Project: HR People Analytics & BI Platform Operation
Objectives:
- Supporting Data Analysis & Reporting
- Aiding Power BI Platform Operations
- Providing Technical Assistance
- Contributing to Community Engagement. Ultimately, These efforts will
contribute to enhancing the data analytics capabilities of the HR team and
promoting the use of data-driven insights in HR decision-making.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct data analysis using Python to address specific business needs and
uncover insights related to People Analytics.
- Develop interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards in Power
BI, leveraging Python-generated data analysis results.
- Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings and
recommendations to HR stakeholders.
- Support daily operations of the Power BI platform, including report version
control, deployment, user data access setup, and performance analysis.
- Provide active technical support and solutions to HR data workers during the
report creation process in Power BI.
- Curate engaging and informative content for the HR Teams Learning community,
focusing on Power BI and People Analytics best practices. Promote knowledge
sharing and collaboration within the HR team to foster a data-driven culture.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data visualization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft M365 Series software and familiarity with Microsoft
Teams are pluses
- Experience with Power BI or Python is necessary
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
