JD:

1.      Support for T&E related basic work: e.g collect T&E reimbursement envelope and receipts, Scan bar code to  Concur, T&E voucher binding/finding, etc.,

2.      Checking Airplus blue tickets and deliver working documents.

3.      Support compliance team and tax team finding original T&E reimbursement receipts if needed

4.      Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirement：

1.      Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

2.      Finance related major preferred.

3.      Preferably 3 days per week. Preferably for an internship of 6 months or more.

4.      Shanghai Jiading workplace.
