- Understand case needs and handle daily PTA request efficiently
- Continuously maintain and update PTA information and case record
- Maintain a close relationship to both PTA and internal consultant group with a professional manner
- Be responsible for PTA performance management and policy reinforcement
Qualifications:
- Good at both English and Chinese, written and oral
- Good communication skills, team work spirit with very approachable personality
- Meticulous, flexible and quick-learning with high sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to details
- Good command of computer skills
- HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
Requirements:
- Nice to have HR or related internship experience
- Can work 3 days a week
- Can be on board in ASAP.
Payment: 15RMB/H 非咨询业务岗,但需配合顾问,回应case上的需求,有机会了解case,需要跟咨询顾问以及PTA很多的交流
