Responsibilities
- Sales Order Entry
• Ensure good document control
• Customer order processing in SAP
• Generate standard sales orders.
• Follow the credit approval process
• Order Acknowledgment
• Follow up the production progress by customer’s delivery schedule
• Contract management
• Responsible for both internal & external customers for any related order issue
- Reports Tracking maintenance
• Daily Booking, Revenue, Inventory, Backlog Report
• Weekly Open Order Report
• Weekly Backlog Revenue Forecasting Planning
• Monthly Performance Report
- Customer Connect Program
• Complete the training on time and actively utilize it in future customer service delivery
• Achieve the differential customer service SLA
• Increase customer interaction per regular MOS
You Must Have
• Fluent in English and Korean;
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of self motivation and adaptability in a fast changing environment.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse global customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
