Description of Tasks:

-       Support PM for the daily work, include project planning, documentation, risk analysis, reporting etc. according to BPRO process.

-       Coordinate with partners, such as China Mobile.

-       Support Multiple Function Team (MFT) cross ACIC, Local IM, Centre IM and suppliers.

-       Join technical E2E solution discussion and documentation.

-       Arrange and host the visit for both internal and external VIPs.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: MS degree of EE / Telecom / MBA / Corporation Finance / Aviation etc.

Language: English and Chinese, French will be a plus

Other skills:

-       Very good understanding of 5G and industrial 4.0

-       Experience on project management and negotiation.

-       Very good English writer and document translation skill.

-       Very good documentation and PowerPoint skill.
