Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django). Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL). Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps tools is a plus.
