Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary, essential functions and authorities, etc.)

Ÿ   Be responsible as the liaison officer to connect with Customers

n  Collect insights from internal and external stakeholders, convert these insights into the customer needs

n  Draft high-level customized solution and get alignment with the stakeholders

n  Design customized system framework

n  System solution Implementation by phase in a timely manner

Ÿ   Be responsible as the Operational report champion, data and integrated report owner

n  Technical design for operational integrated report

n  Execute internal data sharing platform

n  Provide DC data analyze, and opportunity identification to management team

n  Continuous optimization on our system solution

n  Data filing and tracing management

Ÿ   Operational self-made system/application owner

n  Technical design for identified requests with priority

n  Execute system/application operation and bring training to all end users

n  Enhancement execution and maintenance

Ÿ   Support for DC related projects

Ÿ   To implement other jobs required by the line manager

Ÿ   Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures

Ÿ   Cross function collaboration to ensure a high-level customer satisfaction

Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required

Ÿ   Experience

n  Experience in IT solution, Consulting firm or E-commerce is preferred

Ÿ   Education

       n  Bachelor’s degree, preferably with background in Statistics/IT/E-commerce related
