Developing supplier and supplier partner relationships and knowledge  2. Working with UK personnel and supplier contacts so that an amicable ‘win win’ partnership is developed 3. Working with UK SC PM and manage critical path planning for NPD, CPD and any other related projects. 4. Developing and managing / reporting on key supplier timelines in a constructive and collaborative way  5. Coordination with PM on key documents management (packaging& raw material authorization, PLD, artwork etc) 6. Coordinating the artwork / print process (including but not limited to) ; PVC / FTP and Printer PDF’s, and Attend print runs and manage print & production samples 7. Working with supply chain on order management, supplier stock and reporting / monitoring and assist with any urgent/unexpected situation on shipping.  8. Updating and maintaining internal /external documentation to the highest level 9. Courier arrangement – stylebooks, mass production samples etc  10. Accompany with UK colleagues for business visits to suppliers and translate when needed  11. and any other duties that can be reasonably expected to ensure that our Supply Partners and TSLs expectations are managed efficiently and to a satisfactory conclusion, whilst all of our Supply partners in China are managed and supported effectively for the benefit of our mutual businesses
