Based on leading educational philosophies and active learning methods, our researcher is expected to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Compile research materials based on leading English curriculum frameworks for young learners as well as outstanding teaching materials
Work with relevant personnel an original English learning and curriculum framework that includes each thematic units benchmark standards, weekly challenges (student projects), instructional guides and comprehensive assessment system
Devise innovative learning plans that increase student motivation, engagement and learning interest by using mainstream gamification models as reference
Analyze users (young children) and parental behavior, competitor products and global/China domestic educational trends in order to iterate learning frameworks
Requirements:
Highly competent in research methodology and appropriate tools with a view towards balancing task speed and quality
Fluent spoken English with strong bilingual (Chinese and English) writing skills - capable of designing solutions and writing framework proposals independently
Passionate in educational innovation and has deeply rooted opinions on fundamental changes towards standard English learning approaches
Bonus, but not required: Sufficient understanding of leading childrens English curriculum (Wonders, Benchmark Advance, Cambridge Starters/Movers etc)
