as the successful applicant, you will join the Analytical Innovation research team and be responsible for the sample preparation and GC/MS analysis of flavor ingredients. Job Responsibility  Prepare sample solutions prior to instrumental analysis, and acquire reliable analytical data.  Process the experimental data according to a standard procedure.  Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Profile University or College undergraduate or graduate majored in chemistry, pharmacy or other natural products related disciplines.  Basic knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical chemistry is required.  Some experience of laboratory work is preferred.  Some experience of GC or GC/MS is preferred.
