Role Summary Support the actuarial team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a life insurance tax project, focusing on the impact of Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) on financial reporting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Assist in understanding and documenting actuarial and tax requirements related to BEPS and CIT. • Help prepare and execute UAT test cases for tax-related calculations, outputs and reports in base and stress scenarios. • Help prepare and maintain UAT test data, mapping tables and tax calculation configuration table. • Prepare and update Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping and communicate with IT team. • Record test results and clearly document issues/defects. • Support defect tracking and retesting with actuarial and IT teams. • Assist in preparing UAT result summary, test evidence and user guide. ________________________________________ JOB Requirement： • Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently pursuing Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline. • Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and datasets. • Interest in life insurance and actuarial work; curiosity about tax topics (BEPS / CIT). • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Alteryx, or actuarial software is an advantage. • Knowledge and experience of SQL coding (e.g. writing basic queries, joins, filters) is an advantage. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured procedures. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; willing to ask questions and learn.
