Job Description:
-Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
-Digital & Social Media: Support KOL/KOC communications, manage social media content (RED, Douyin, WeChat), and track social media performance metrics.
-Market Analysis: Conduct competitive tracking and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and potential growth opportunities.
-Data Reporting: Help compile regular marketing reports and analyze key data
Job Requirements:
-Educational Background: Penultimate or final year student from a top-tier university (open to all majors).
-Beauty Passionate: A deep interest in the beauty industry and a keen eye for aesthetic trends.
-Digital Native: Highly active on social media platforms with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem in China.
-Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PPT) with the ability to derive insights & implications from data.
-Soft Skills: A proactive "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills.
-Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
