Job description:
1.Support BEG-CN Suzhou management and CD/VS business units with purchasing, document handling, travel support
2.Assist in purchasing process and system management
3.Reimbursements for managers
4.Documents and small delivery handling (shipping, receiving for office goods and tools)
5.Travel arrangement for managers (plane tickets, hotel, car rental)
6.Special activity arrangements (e.g. team building, outing, etc...)
7.Office supplies handling
8.New employee equipment's
9.Meeting room supervisor (including 5S)
Requirements:
1.Must have experience working in an international team,
2.be patient, positive, and organized.
3.English skills are required
