Report to Executive of Corporate Citizenship, Greater China and is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing Disney VoluntEARS program and Corporate Citizenship Events in China Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationship with third party non-profit organization and charitable organization partners Work with internal partners (LOB) to execute Disney VoluntEARS events in China Manage Disney VoluntEARS budget and supporting materials Manage Disney Corporate Citizenship Scorecards, measuring inputs (Charitable giving, Gifts-in-kind, VoluntEARS time) versus impacts to the community Generate event summaries / reports for all Disney VoluntEARS / Corporate Citizenship Events Work with Corporate Communications to implement communication plan to build the reputation of Disney VoluntEARS program both externally (press, media, clients) and internally to Cast Members Increase employee engagement in Disney VoluntEARS activities through implementation of initiatives and communications Requirements Excellent English ability (both oral and written) Great interpersonal / communication skills Education: College Experience: Not required Core Skills: Good communication skills and strong inter-personal skills are essential. speaks fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office.
