Responsibility:

Extract data from TechRequest and do the preliminary analysis for Chinese Airlines and create the template for the future.

   -  The data for heavy maintenance.

   -  The data for Technical documents

   -  The data for AOG support.  

Extract Techrequest performance from Cockpit for each Chinese customers and make the presentation to show the results in a simple and clear way. In addition, create the template for the future.

  -  Daily repair performance;

  -  Tech Data performance;

  -  AOG performance.

Extract data from Techrequest related to SEE department and summarize the status ( volume, performance, trend...) for each SEE sub department.

Support to prepare weekly/monthly data.

Collect customer information and create customer profile for the our future work.

Coding to ease the duplicated work in Excel.

Major: Engineering related
