职位描述:
Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Subjective & objective evaluation methods regarding ADAS/AD features. Create ADAS/AD feature database of competitors with the latest performance tracking and evaluation. · Combine the insights from customer requirements research and competition analysis with Audi’s own understanding of China-specific scenarios as well as the pursuit of premium design, define features for Chinese road environment and design the most intuitive and friendly user experience for the Chinese customers · Following the guidance of Audi’s global R&D strategy, set up the local technical development roadmap for ADAS/AD products in the Chinese market and communication channel with Headquarter · Support in the formulation and visualization of the R&D strategy and related concepts in strategy papers and management presentations · Support internal project scheduling and meeting management Qualifications: Education Background: · Major in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or Marketing, knowledge about automotive/ autonomous driving/ AI/ engineering is highly preferred · Master studies preferred but not mandatory Professional Skills: · Strategic way of thinking · Quick perception and high intellectual flexibility · Good analytic skills · Ability to work under pressure · Ability to clearly structure and visualize complex subject matters · High motivation and proactive work attitude · Good social and communication skills · Basic knowledge of the automotive industry desirable Competence Requirements: · Available for 5 days a week, 6 months · Experience in automotive industry preferred · Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word) Language Skills: · Proficient English both in speaking and writing · German is a plus
