Job Description:
1、Deal with HR fundamental document as well as data entry/maintenance in HR system, ensure the data is accurate.
完成人事基础类文档的处理以及人事系统中基础人事资料的录入和更新维护,确保信息更新及时准确;
2、Support data collection and validation of monthly attendance report.
支持月度考勤数据的收集整理核对;
3、Collaborate on organizing and executing employee activities.
协助完成员工活动的组织及实施;
4、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
领导安排其它临时性工作。
Required Qualifications:
1、Undergraduate or Postgraduate student majoring in HR, Phycology or Laws who is going to graduate in 2021.
2021届应届本科生或硕士生。人力资源、心理学或法学类相关专业;
2、Be able to work 3 business days per week.
保证一周至少三天工作时间;
3、Good communication skills and logical thinking.
良好的沟通交流能力,良好逻辑思维能力;
4、Excellent learning skills, detail-oriented and sense of responsibility.
