Job Tasks:
- C&B:
• Take charge of C&B work, including verifying payroll details with third-party service provider to ensure that monthly payroll calculation and IIT filling are carried out timely and accurately.
• Participate in the annual budget, record tracking and analysis, labor cost calculation and forecast.
• Participate in the design and determination of annual merit increase plan, and accurately complete the calculation and payment of annual bonus.
• Enroll social benefit change for new joiners and leavers, declare annual income and adjust social security base.
• Administer and execute employee benefit programs.
- Lifecycle Management:
• Handle the onboarding and termination procedures and the onboarding introduction.
• Employee contract renewal confirmation and signing; Employee p-file management and information maintenance.
• Addressing employment relations issues.
- HR operation service:
• HRIS support, Hukou application;
• Employee notices;
• Act as HR contact window, HR data delivery.
- Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above (all majors).
• Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in Korean is desired but not required.
• Internship experience in large MNCs or ICT or Auto Industry or luxury Brand is preferred.
• Knowledge in HR trends and Chinese labor legislation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently communicate with people from different cultures at a variety level.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel.
• Creative and innovative approach to construct the best workplace.
• Reliable individual who can work with integrity, detail-oriented and strong supportive mindset.
