WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

岗位职责： 

1. Daily searching and monitoring online marketplaces, Social Media and relevant platforms in Asia.

对中国及其他亚洲国家/地区的网络交易平台、社交媒体进行日常搜索和监控。

2. Using in-house tools and database to enforce live online infringements, conducting the following-ups, analysis and documentation work.

对网络侵权行为进行实时投诉并跟进后续进展，做好建档和分析工作。

3. Analyzing online infringement and enforcement reports/data from agencies/platforms, generating relevant reports for team’s physical enforcements against infringements.

分析中介/平台提供的网络侵权信息、投诉报告/数据，为团队进行侵权打击提供线索。

4. Collecting online infringement evidence, conducting test purchase against infringing platforms, and making comparison and verification.

收集网络侵权证据，进行购买鉴定比对。

5. Researching to the latest digital infringement methods, trends and major precedents.

对新的网络侵权方式、趋势及重大案例进行研究和分析。

6. Providing other necessary support to the team in other aspects of brand protection in Asia.

为团队在中国和亚洲其他品牌保护工作提供必要支持。

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 

任职要求： 

1. Law school graduate - overseas study experience would be preferred.

法律专业 - 有海外学习经验者优先。

2. Knowledge of online marketplaces, online social media and digital media consumption landscape.

对网络交易平台、网络社交媒体和数字媒体消费情况具有一定了解。

3. Strong online/internet skills (web browser and research) and working experience with Microsoft Office tools.

具备较强的网络搜索和调查技能，能够熟练使用常用办公软件。

4. Excellent command of spoken and written English.

英语口语流利，书面表达能力强。

5. Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination ability and execution capacity.

具有良好的沟通协调能力和执行力。

6. Detailed-oriented with an eye for accuracy and able to work under pressure.
