职责/ Responsibilities: 1、登记并核查相关文件及数据 /Register and check relevant documents and data. 2、整理海关申报信息/Organize customs declaration information. 3、打印海关所需凭证等/Scan & file shipping documents. 4、协助外出办理相关海关进口文件以及查验事宜/Fill in excel sheets. 5、其他文档处理工作/Other documentation working. 要求/ Requirements: 1、每周至少工作 3 天/Ability to work at least 3 days per week&semi. 2、在校学生，物流相关专业优先/ Junior students and major in Logistics is preferred&semi. 3、良好英语沟通，英语 4 级以上者/Good English communication, CET-4 or above&semi. 4、良好地计算机应用能力，例如：Words, Excel, PPT 等/Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc. 5、能够独立处理事务，并具有良好的沟通能力 /Dealing with business independently and processing well communication skill&semi. 6、理解能力强，工作努力负责/ Smart, hard working and responsible&semi.
