Job Responsibility
The incumbent will:
Prepare incoming samples (chemical, food or plant) for sensory analysis by methods such as dilution.
Smell and taste incoming samples (chemical, food or plant).
Prepare questionnaire for panelist, conduct the panel.
Acquire reliable sensory data from the prepared samples.
Profile
Qualified applicants will have the following profile:
Fresh graduate or candidate with major in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy or other related disciplines.
Interest and passion in smelling and tasting samples (ingredients or foods), basic experience of olfactive and taste description is preferred.
High attention to detail, great reliability when following pre-established procedures.
Proactive safety awareness.
Good planning skills and high work efficiency.
Basic knowledge of English.
Good communication, team player.
