Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Learning Hours application;
2. Independently in charge of Training Bounds;
3. Responsible for training logistics;
4. Update training tracker database;
5. Responsible for training related costs reimbursement;
6. Support training survey feedback collection and summarization;
7. Other learning related work
Background/Experience/Credentials:
1. Good command of written and oral English and Chinese;
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good team player and quick learner.
4. Creative, detail-oriented and responsible
5. Be proficient at Office (especially Excel)
6 HR related internship experience preferred
7. Able to work at least 3 days a week for more than 4 months.
