This internship position mainly focus on the employer branding. Students who major in Communication, Journalism, advertising and be able to work on advertising copyright, videos or posters are highly preferred.

Dept： HR Dept. Working days：4 days / week for 6 months, the longer the better Location： Jinqiao, Pudong New Area  Job Responsibility: • Support on various promotion material design in order to promote L’Oreal R&I brand in science community, including but not limit to: a. Translate and localize promotion articles from international social media and spread through local social media channel b. Collect raw materials within R&I organization and design tailor-made promotion articles or audio/video content pieces c. Project based support on various campaign promotion material preparation, i.e. Open Day, Summer Intern Program, etc.  • Edit internal job posting board on regular basis • Support on employee activity communication & plan, i.e. quarterly anniversary celebration, pulse survey action plan, town hall meeting, etc. • Other ad-hoc assignments Requirement: • Bachelor degree & above, major in Communication, Journalism is highly preferred • Good communication skill and team work spirit • Internship experience in similar position is highly preferred • Good Chinese editing capability, good oral and written English • Can work at least 4 days per week  Benefits: 170 rmb/day before tax + free shuttle bus + meal allowance
