Job Description:
1. Answer calls, transfer calls or record information as required by the caller in a prompt and accurate manner;
2. Responsible for the seal application and file management of internal staff business contracts;
3. Receive and guide visitors/candidates, and informed the interviewee timely;
4. Responsible for sending & receiving of company express, letters, parcels, and information checking and summarizing;
5. Regularly maintain various hardware equipment and office supplies (such as printers, access control system, etc.), and coordinate with suppliers and property management departments;
6. Regularly take stock and buy various office supplies and daily necessities of the company;
7. Timely monitor employees’ clocking in nailing system, and make regular summary of employees’ attendance and working hours;
8. Responsible for summary and payment requests of various administrative expenses (express fee, property fee, water and electricity fee, parking fee, etc.);
9. Responsible for air ticket and hotel reservation and account checking for employees’ business trip;
10. Assisted manager in the coordination between various departments, and complete affairs assigned by the manager actively;
岗位职责:
1. 接听电话,按来电者要求转接电话或记录信息,确保及时准确;
2. 负责公司内部员工业务合同的盖章申请及档案管理;
3. 为来访客人/候选人做好接待、引导工作,及时通知受访人员;
4. 负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作及信息核对汇总工作;
5. 定期维护公司各类硬件设备及办公耗材(如打印机、门禁系统等),做好与供应商及物业等相关部门的报修协调工作;
6. 定期盘点、采买公司各类办公用品及日用品;
7. 及时监测钉钉系统中员工打卡情况,定期做内部员工的考勤及工时统计;
8. 负责各类行政费用的统计及请款(快递费、物业费、水电费、车位费等);
9. 负责内部员工出差的机票及酒店预订及对账工作;
10. 协助经理做好公司各部门之间的协调工作,积极完成经理交办的事务;
Requirements:
1. College degree or above (administration, business administration or language related major is preferred);
2. Standard and fluent mandarin, strong language expression ability, easy going, relatively strong sense of confidentiality;
3. Familiar with work processes of administration and office management, good communication, coordination and organizational skills;
4. Familiar user of office automation equipment and office software is preferred;
5. Good teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility and initiative.
