Position: HR Intern (Group HQ and Business Units)
Work Location: JingAn District, Shanghai
Reporting to: Group HRD
Your Key Responsibility:
• Support the Group HRD on the whole employee life cycle:1. Recruitment, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, 2. New arrival, 3. Onboarding;4. New employee orientation, 5. Probation; 6. Performance management process, 7. People training; 8. Compensation & Benefits & Payroll management, 9. Departure/Termination
• Onboarding and offboarding process follow-up, including but not limited to contracts and announcement preparation
• Employees Personal file management (online and offline)
• Issuance of certificates/proofs and writing HR announcements/emails/documents drafts
• HR projects - documents support, cross-departmental coordination, logistics, etc.
• Monthly report preparation, and support monthly Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data processing, analysis, filing, checking and coordination
• Support work permit requirements, responsible of delivery and operation of employees' business visas and work visas
• Others assigned works by Group HRD
